This Saturday, July 13, the indigenous communities of the Pedro María Freites municipality, in the state of Anzoátegui, marched from Kashama, in support of the country's candidate, Nicolás Maduro.

With great force, the march of the Indigenous Peoples was led by the national liaison of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and spokesperson for the “Our Venezuela” Command, Luis Marcano, and the vice-president of the indigenous peoples of the red awning, Clara Vidal, together with leaders of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar GPPSB.

“The support of our native peoples is a sign of loyalty to the Bolivarian Revolution,” Marcano said.

He stated that “it was in Revolution that the rights of indigenous peoples are constitutionally recognized, with participation and direct attention in each community.”

For his part, Vidal congratulated the People of Freites, for such an extraordinary mobilization “brothers and sisters, we must be united in this battle, supporting Maduro is supporting the legacy of our ancestors”.

Anzoátegui is preparing for the 1x10x7 check to be carried out this Sunday, July 14, at each tricolor point of the Bolivar Chávez Battle Unit (UBCH).
