ANZOÁTEGUI - BARCELONA//President Maduro highlighted the Eastern people's ability to mobilize

This Saturday, May 25, President Nicolás Maduro described as “impressive” the great mobilization of the People of Barcelona in the state of Anzoátegui and highlighted the capacity of Eastern Venezuelans to mobilize.

“They always say they are present and are constantly mobilized. All that capacity of the people to be on the street and to say present with their great strength and spirit is impressive,” said Maduro, during a telephone contact, with the mobilization that took place in the Simón Bolívar municipality in Anzoátegui.

The Head of State assured that Venezuela is recovering and needs great changes and transformations, “for that we have the Homeland Plan, the 7T to advance in peace, with stability and in national union.”

“Great transformations are coming to the country, we are men of great changes, of transformations, of revolutions. There is Homeland, Peace and Unity in Revolution,” said Maduro.

In that sense, he invited the Venezuelan people to defend the right to peace, “as one who defends the right to life.”

“We have been through hard times, difficult times, but the worst times are over, now what is coming are great times, for the future, we must re-establish powerful Venezuela, a stable economy, in peace, we must recover the social rights of the People,” he said.
