The bill, which was submitted to the Plenary of Parliament by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez and presented to the legislative body for discussion by Deputy Diosdado Cabello, contains 4 chapters and 30 articles, defining fascism and neofascism as methods of violence and political action.
