AN approved appointment of Venezuelan Ambassadors to the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus

During the regular session this Thursday, the National Assembly (AN) approved the appointment of Ambassadors who will represent the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with the provisions of Article 106 of the Internal Regulations and Debates.


  • Nabil Abdul Khalek as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Arab Emirates.


  • Franklin Ramírez Araque as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
