The discussion of the Special Bill on the Statute of Foreign Service Personnel was initiated by the Permanent Committee on Foreign Policy, Sovereignty and Integration of the National Assembly (AN), together with representatives of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs (MPPRE).

This was reported by the president of the commission, Deputy Timoteo Zambrano (CMC/Nacional), who pointed out that this debate represents a mandate of the current Organic Law of the Foreign Service. In the same way, the instance contemplates speeding up the International Cooperation Bill and continuing the process of talks with ambassadors who represent Venezuela to the world.

Deputy Zambrano praised the management of the work team that makes up the legislative body in what has been the opening of diplomatic relations to achieve the goal of re-establishing ties with the 67 countries that, at one time, broke diplomatic ties with Venezuela. He also said that they will continue to work on the delicate and sensitive issue of migration.

During the meeting, the subcommissions of the instance were organized, namely:

In International Cooperation, Deputy Nosliw Rodríguez was assigned; for International Treaties and Agreements, Deputy Hermann Escarrà; in Integration and Migration Affairs, Deputy Vanesa Montero; for International Relations and Foreign Service, Deputy Saúl Ortega.

In the same way, they were ratified in the Special Subcommittee of Parliamentary Friendship Groups, the deputy Desirée Santos Amaral, and in the Subcommittee for Economic and Financial Sanctions, the deputy Luis Augusto Romero. It was also ratified by the Secretariat, Jesús Albornoz.
