The ambassador permanent representative of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, presented evidence of how the cyberfascist coup led by María Corina Machado was prepared in advance in the United States and was betting on a social explosion.

“The purpose of this sector of the Venezuelan opposition was not to win the elections, but to destroy them. They don't recognize State Institutions, they don't know the entire Republic,” said diplomat Samuel Moncada.

He added that he has been studying the relations of the United States with Venezuela and the world for years and for this reason they do intelligence from open sources.
