Ambassador Rosalba Lo Bue Antico delivers Credentials in Kyrgyzstan

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, accepted this Tuesday the Credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Rosalba Lo Bue Antico, in a ceremony that took place at the Yntymak Ordo complex, in the city of Bishkek.
The Head of State congratulated the Venezuelan diplomat and other ambassadors for the official start of their mission and noted that, since ancient times, the Kyrgyz people attach great importance to diplomatic activity and bilateral cooperation, while briefly describing relations with the States represented at the protocol ceremony, pointing out that a new chapter is opening for Kyrgyzstan in relations with Venezuela and Latin America, and that he hopes that excellent ties will be developed in all areas, especially in economic and commercial matters.
In addition, the president offered warm words of greeting and best wishes to the Heads of State representing the diplomats, and wished everyone good health, well-being and new successes on the eve of the New Year.
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is interested in opening an embassy in Venezuela and from there coordinating relations with Latin America and the Caribbean.
Lo Bue Antico, resident in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is the first Venezuelan ambassador accredited to Kyrgyzstan. During the ceremony, the Chief of Mission invited President Japarov to the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro on January 10, 2025.
On September 27, the Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Yván Gil, met in New York with his counterpart from the Kyrgyz Republic, Jeenbek Kulubaev, with the objective of strengthening bilateral cooperation ties, in the context of the 79th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN).
At the meeting, the foreign ministers signed the visa abolition agreement for holders of diplomatic and service passports, the first signed by both countries, which established diplomatic relations on September 28, 2018.
