Algeria: Authorities Dismantle French Conspiracy

The authorities of the Democratic and People's Republic of Algeria this week have revealed a new plot organized by the French intelligence services to destabilize the country.
Through a documentary broadcast on local television, he showed the testimony of a man identified as Aissaoui Mohamed Amine, 35, who grew up in Spain and fought in Syria and Iraq with the terrorist group Daesh.
According to information from the ex-combatant press, he revealed the details of the attempts of the French intelligence services to recruit him when he was captured in combat and taken to Türkiye.
He himself, within Turkish territory, was transferred to the French and Spanish consulates for, being imprisoned and on the basis of an international arrest warrant issued against him.
Aissaoui indicated that a representative of the Algerian consulate visited him and offered to repatriate him. In his country, he remained in prison for three years until 2019, before gradually returning to a normal life.
During 2022, Mohamed Amine was contacted by the French association “Artémis”, led by Bouyad Jean Gilles, former advisor to former Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve, who is also involved in approaches to Algerians with backgrounds linked to terrorism.
