The Member States of the Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our America-Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), reaffirmed their strongest and strongest solidarity with the Cuban people and government, in the face of the island's current energy situation.

Through a statement published by the Secretary General of ALBA TPC, Jorge Arreaza, the countries of the alliance express to the international community their support for Cuba as well as their absolute condemnation of the blockade affecting that country.
