The purpose of the meeting is to draft a proposal on the lines to follow to achieve the objectives set out in the 2030 Strategic Agenda and to face the political, geopolitical and economic challenges of the period 2025-2030.

The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, reported that this Saturday at the XXIV ALBA-TCP Summit in Caracas, a document containing proposals that seek to “position the Alliance as a powerful geopolitical actor” will be delivered to the host president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

“This is an important challenge for the new times, so our heads of state have an important responsibility tomorrow, to be able to set a clear course for next year, which we all know worldwide, to be able to set a clear course for the coming year, which we all know worldwide, which means, we know that we are going to face a moment of political uncertainty in the continent and our objective is to prepare ourselves to give greater security to our peoples,” he explained.

For his part, the executive secretary of ALBA-TCP , Jorge Arreaza, indicated that “Tomorrow we will tell the world that 20 years later, we are only ratifying and reaffirming each of the solidarity principles of cooperation, collaboration and complementation that the Bolivarian Alliance means.”
