Below is the full text of the document:

The Member States of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP) reject the recent immoral and illegal actions of the U.S. administration that seek to dispossess Venezuela of the Venezuelan company CITGO Petroleum Corporation.

The Alliance reiterates that, under the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the government of the United States, which violate the fundamental principles of the Charter of the United Nations and of International Law, the people and Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela are being attacked, undermining the sovereignty of that country.

The ALBA-TCP reiterates its call to the International Community to demand the immediate lifting of unilateral coercive measures and supports the measures taken by the Venezuelan Government within the framework of law to prevent the dispossession of its assets.
