As part of the deployment of the Venezuela Renace Plan, President Delcy Rodríguez and the governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, led the delivery of 88 housing solutions in Renacer urban planning, with the objective of guaranteeing the right to decent housing for families affected by the earthquakes that occurred last June 24 in the country.
The beneficiary families expressed their gratitude for the prompt government response after the contingency, urging the rest of the population to keep the faith in the face of difficulties. “We thank the president (Delcy Rodríguez); once again we are providing solutions to many of the people who feel accompanied today by you and your government, these are the demonstrations that no fright or anyone who does not believe in this country will do, because we are defending and solving problems in Venezuela,” said Governor Rafael Lacava during the housing development award.
For their part, the spokespersons of the popular power and new successful tenderers highlighted the effectiveness of the institutional approach to address, as a matter of priority, the most vulnerable sectors hit by natural events. They also reiterated that the delivery of the properties represents the consolidation of a social commitment that restores tranquility and stability to homes in the country.
The day concluded with the journey of the national and regional authorities together with the community through the new housing units, confirming the continuity of the infrastructure and social care works contemplated in the Venezuela Renace Plan for the entire entity.
