2.4 tons of drugs seized by GNB in the last week

During the last week, the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) seized, in various procedures, a total of 2,482 kilos of drugs.

According to reports from this military component, of the total number of drugs seized 2,470 kilos are cocaine and 12 kilos 556 grams of marijuana.

In addition, in other operational results, the men and women of Carrubio managed to release a kidnapped person; they dismantled five Structured Organized Crime Groups (GEDO); 706 criminals were brought under the command of the Public Ministry (MP).

In the same way, 222 ammunition of different calibers was retained; 201 vehicles, 46 firearms, 13 boats, nine outboard engines, seven magazines and a weapon of war.
