The National Superintendency of Equestrian Activities (SUNAHIP), through the Venezuelan Stud Book, received and technically registered a new contingent of 14 thoroughbred racing specimens from abroad.

The procedure was carried out at the facilities of the La Rinconada International Racecourse, where the technical team and the medical-veterinary staff carried out the evaluations corresponding to the confirmation of identity, phenotypic review, health control and validation of international genealogical documentation.

The lot consists of 10 pieces imported from the United States and four from Panama, bringing together nine males and five females with a balance of nine chestnut trees, three sorrel trees and two tordillos ready to join the activity in Venezuelan ovals.

After completing the certification and epidemiological control phases, the specimens were formally authorized to enter their respective stables and begin physical conditioning prior to their premiere in the official racing program.
