Eleven years ago, in 4F, Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías wrote a message from the social network X in homage to the men who that day led the revolutionary feat in the country.
“That day, without a doubt, a real Revolution took place! Long live February 4th! I pay tribute to all your soldiers and your martyrs!” , he commented in his message, is still valid and is remembered by the leaders of the Bolivarian Revolution.
