“A Revolution requires non-delay, it is the other way around, anti-delay, acceleration, otherwise it is not Revolution. It's not just ideological, political; no, this, this, the acceleration of production, the acceleration in planning,” he emphasized.
His speech on maintaining independence was always present in all his speeches. “It's the first thing we have to take care of, national independence. But independence is like the floor, because, on which we are going to build the new Homeland, the Simon Bolivar National Project; social development, economic development, moral and ethical development; don't forget that, it's not a question of whether Che Guevara is not just about producing cows and bulls, and milk and meat; we have to produce, what? The new man... The new man, the new society, let's not forget that, the new man, the new society, the new values; socialism, this is socialist territory, on this territory the new homeland is being born,” he said.
