Mayor Carmen Meléndez inaugurated the 15th Caracas Book Fair

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, inaugurated the 15th Caracas Book Fair, whose exhibition will be open to the public in the spaces of the National Art Gallery (GAN), from this Saturday, September 21st to September 29th.

The event also takes place in the Plaza de la Juventud in Bellas Artes, Libertador municipality, in both spaces from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Visitors will be able to enjoy more than 260 academic activities, 12 certified workshops, book naming, conferences and the presentation of prizes such as the Estefanía Mosca and the Children's Literature Prize.

72 publishers participate in the Caracas Book Fair and there will be a children's tent with activities.
