AN will start a cycle of forums and workshops on digital fascism

Next Wednesday, October 16, the National Assembly will begin a series of forums and workshops on digital fascism, said the president of the parliamentary communication subcommittee, Deputy Ricardo González.

According to a press release from the Legislative Branch, González explained that, in the forum cycle, it is planned to discern about the aggressions that Venezuela has suffered through social networks.

In addition, the participants, as he explained, will be trained for defense in these spaces.

On the other hand, he indicated that the report of the Bill to Reform the Law on Communication of Popular Power was revised to accelerate the presentation of the device in the first discussion, and to enter into public consultation, for approval, before the end of the second legislative period 2024.

“It is a reform of the law that has been accompanied, from the outset, by its protagonists and we know that, when we go to the public consultation on the street, the people will identify themselves,” concluded Deputy González.
